Rail Lines
Exciting developments are on the horizon as we resume work on the CIP rail spur this summer. This will not only breathe new life into the rail network but also pave the way for a robust infrastructure ecosystem.
This includes a modern transloading facility, expanded warehousing options, and potential silos. By conducting thorough feasibility studies, geotechnical investigations, and design work, we will chart our course for the upcoming years and determine the necessary steps for success.
Community Cable
To enhance communication, transparency, and tenant/employee engagement we have launched a newsletter, "Community Cable." Recognizing the importance of keeping everyone informed and connected, this newsletter serves as a powerful tool to foster a sense of community within the park.
Tenant Engagement
We are excited about improving tenant engagement in our ESG program. We actively seek feedback and ideas from our tenants to shape our sustainability initiatives. With a voluntary participation system in place, we inspire change by promoting the benefits of sustainability and providing incentives for tenant involvement. Together, we are fostering a culture of collaboration and optimism, striving towards a brighter, more sustainable future.

Green Initiatives
We are embarking on an exciting initiative to integrate new green renewable technologies into our park infrastructure. By harnessing the power renewables, we are taking proactive steps towards sustainability and reducing our environmental impact.
With the assistance of consultants, we are exploring the installation of solar panels, combined heat and power units (CHP), and other tech that will not only generate clean and renewable energy but also contribute to a significant reduction in greenhouse gas emissions. This initiative aligns with our commitment to responsible and eco-friendly practices, demonstrating our dedication to a greener future.
